I am bidding on a Verizon Store.

2,800 sq ft. 20 ft cieling to bar joices. It will have a drop in cieling.

No sheet rock on what will be one fire wall that seperates it from the store beside it.

I will have to pull new ciircuits from a 3 phase gutter out back.

2" PVC Is stubbed up on both ends, inside and out.

Any suprises I should watch out for?

It's really more of a building code issue.

But yes, make sure that it is a really good detail about this rating of the fire wall.

What is exactly required of you by putting boxes and penetrating this wall!

Fire paddie's are sudo in-exspensive but are time consuming.

Brother you are in luck, I have done 5 of those stores ranging from 1200 to 2200 sq. Just let me know what you need to know.
I can tell you this. Look at the specs. All branch ckt's had to be in a minimum size conduit of 3/4 emt.
All data pipes minimum of 1".
The data pipes if I remember right need 2 sets of cat 5.
Lots of track lights.
Make sure if you have a plenum ceiling you use plenum rated lights, Cat 5 and Ect.
I hope this helps.

One thing to watch out for is to learn the difference between:

Firewall:

Fire Partition:

Fire Barrier:

There are significant differences in how you handle each of these situation when breaching.

I doubt it is a true "Fire Wall"

Great, good to know. I know those "track light down rod extenders" are real exspensive.
Did you furnish the lights?

Yes we had to provide the lights. at the time they did not care what brand lights you installed as long as they were close to what they wanted.
Here in fl there was one main guy who basically operated all the stores, so it was ultimately his decision.
