VFD - Cable distance limitation

I have a 10HP/15FLA/480V/3ph pump being controlled off of a VFD, the distance between drive and pump motor is 1600'. I am installing filters and reactors. Any issues with drive performance at this distance? Going to specify #2s due to voltage drop and run THHN.

Up to 1,000 ft I usually use a TCI V1K dv/dt filter. Longer than 1,000 feet, you need to be using a sine wave filter. I use filters from either TCI OR MTE.

#4 wire is adequate for voltage drop. You may want to reconsider using THHN. Are you usiing double jacketed submersible pump cable?

Try to stay away from THHN or any other Thermoplastic insulation when doing VFD systems. Plastics don't do well with current and voltage variations. Think of it as a Hershey bar on the seat of your car in the summer then returned to normal temperature. Use XHHW, RHHW etc..
Reference NFPA-79, it's a legit fire hazard.
