VFD Cable Source?

Looking for some help finding a source for VFD cable. Need either 200ft of 500MCM, or 300ft of 350MCM. Looking for the typical VFD cable, 3 conductor (350 or 500MCM, 3 ground wires symmetrically arranged, with braided shield and jacket. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim
