About a month ago I ran across a post that had a link that showed a transformer going off (exploding) and then all of a sudden, one by one, the house in the neighborhood started catching on fire, external lighting started on fire, etc, etc.

I mentioned this video, and someone who teaches electrical safety wanted to view it. Problem is, I can't find the thread, and I've tried various searches.

Thanks

Dave

Check through the video clips on You Tube. You may find what you're looking for...or a good substitute.

When you get to You Tube, type in electrical transformer fires.

No Video Clips Are Allowed According To Roger!
We don't want a link posted without some explanation of what it is about so people can make a choice as whether of not they wish to view it before clicking on the link first. :)

This video shows the result of military people who are identifying electrical fire and shock hazards.

This video was developed for everyone to see, and is embarassing!

Look at it and see!

How many fires did they say were caused by "overcurrents" that were electrical!

Joe, I'm sorry you don't get it, but since you don't, all I can say is, so be it.

There are many, many video links posted here on this board, and now the Chief says its not allowed!

Although you thought he implied it, what he actaully said was "it's not a clip dump" and "clips are not discussions".

That's what I read anyway.
