Do they make a box like this that are ?identified for use? to connect MC? I don?t think so. This is a stretch because these cables could be AC and 320.40 is worded slightly different. But either way the cables are falling out of the connections.

You might want to re-read 314.16, maybe you missed the clamp? The multiplyer is 8; I'm assuming there's a device?
