violation too many things on one circuits.

one front and four back yard out door receptacle and three garage receptacle share the same circuit with two bathroom and light and equipment.?
how many violation?
should they separated the front yard,back yard and garage in one circuit
one bathroom receptacle and equipment &light on one circuit.and upstair bath room and light &equipment in one circuit.
should it have 3 different circuits?:happysad:

I believe your only violation is 210.11(C)(3)

The three circuits you proposed is correct.
It seems ill advised but If you really wanted to squeeze it you could put the 2 bath recepts on one 20a and the bath lights on the same circuit as the outdoor/garage BC.

I also notice that the sub panel have no spare circuit breaker, it would be a fun job try to change all that and a new and bigger panel.
I did suggest to the home owner, that is violation on code,

As mentioned earlier, you will need to know when the building was permitted to know if it is actually a violation, your discription was normal proceedure in earlier code cycles.

I know you're eager to learn, but you probably should leave this alone until you get your license or can work with a journeyman.
