I am scheduled to visit a new customer on Monday to install a new switch on an existing system. The switch is a Vizia RF and controller is HAI Lumina. from, what I'm told, these switches are turned on from customer's smart phone. I am not familiar with this type of switching and information I've found online is very vague. I think there is a way of including the switch to the network or mesh, and having the customer control it through smart phone. My biggest concern is getting into a situation unfamiliar to me and causing customer to lose control of lighting. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
