Hi, My question is that if i put other lead of the multimeter to my hand and other lead to 230v ac socket phase why multimeter says 80volts on floor and 140 volts at carpet ? what causes those voltages ? I know this maybe isnt safe way to use multimeter but lets not talk about that.

No, let's do talk about it. But let's just stick with it being unsafe. To that let me add that 230 volts is much more than is needed for a fatal shock, and that the circuit breaker supplying the voltage will never, NEVER trip to save your life (i.e., that is not its job).
