Voltage Calculation (Transmission Line Voltage)

I live in an area where the power company has an easement (235' wide) for 750kV. Currently there is one set of towers carrying 500kV. The power company wants to add another set, also carrying 500kV. Would this exceed the 750kV easement? Or is the easement too narrow for two sets of towers?
