Voltage data loggers for services

Hi guys. Is there a voltage data logger that others have used that won't cost me an arm and a leg? I'm a one man operation and have been asked to monitor voltage at a location. Owner seems to think there are voltage spikes/variations which affect his equipment. POCO monitored the service and found no issues but owner wants it monitored down stream now.
