I just did a voltage drop calculation and want to check if I am right. There is a 230' run with #12 thhn feeding a 15amp load. So I used this:

vd= 2(2.01)(230length)(15a)/1000.

So i have a voltage drop of 13.86v. Is this correct? It seems high and like I might be doing something wrong:-?
