PLEASE SETTLE A DISPUTE - WHEN USING MIKE HOLTS VOLTAGE DROP CALCULATOR, DOES ONE ENTER THE ONE-WAY LENGTH OF THE CIRCUIT OR THE 2-WAY LENGTH? IN OTHER WORDS, IF IT'S 300' FROM THE TRANSFORMER TO THE SWITCHGEAR, DOES ONE ENTER 300' OR 600' IN THE CALCULATOR? :)

I am not familiar with Mike's voltage drop calculator, however, there is a simple enough solution to determine what value to place for distance.

Perform the calculation "by hand" and then compare it to the online calculator using both the one-way and two-way numbers.

Remember that a 3? circuit uses 1.732, not 2 for the distance multiplier

If you are using the same calculator that I am using, and if you downloaded it from Mike Holt's Free Stuff page some time ago (I don't think it is still available), then the answer to your question is that you use the one way length, despite the fact that the instructions tell you to use the two-way length. It is an error in the instructions. The math works correctly.
