I am posting a spreadsheet put together after getting feedback from multiple questions on site.

If downloading....MUST change file extension to " .xlsx " before opening.

Thanks for all the help. Hopefully I have the math correct.

Please let me know if it needs editing, or is useful.

you guys are killing me here...no interest at all.
Spreadsheet has most of Chap 9-Table 9, 430 motor fla, Lea tables built in.
If nothing else, Download and copy the tables into your spreadsheet if you don’t like it.
 
Great effort.

I just came across the post.

I spot checked couple of formulas and found the following:
1- "Z ft / 1 set" needs attention. Reference G8 instead of G9 in the formula.
2- "Conduit & Wire VD : L-L": I believe the formula should be: =IF(AND(D5="Wire",G6=3), G10*O8*D15/1000*(SQRT(3)), "----").
dividing the Length/1000 also should be applicable to the VD: L-N

If I get a chance to review it all, I'll update and post it back here.
 
It is very interesting, indeed. I need a little time in order to check it.
 
Thanks for running....definite error in PF angle reference.
Believe I have fixed...attaching Ver 2.

I made my R & X table values per foot, so division by 1000 should not be necessary.

Any feedback on Ver 2 ?
Your formulas from previous posts are in the V Dip portion.

On the general V drop you have a choice of Bus Duct or Wire calculation.
You inspired me on another previous post about Bus Duct V drop.

I used R-X-Z data on the Bus Duct from a Siemens catalog.
