voltage drop/excessive load

I'm getting an outragous electric bill for a 900 sq ft apt. This apt was a single family home converted into 2 apts. The home had a 200 amp service before it was seperated into apts. My apt is sub feed with a 100 amp off the 200 amp. My question is do you think my high electric bill is due to a voltage drop across the feeder.

However, in your case an answer wouldn't hurt: No, your bill is most likely not high because of voltage drop.
