Is 80 feet of 4/0 SER too long for a 200 amp single phase house subpanel? Voltage drop is 1.03 % if I calculated it correctly. Thank you

Hopefully you never come close to that 160 amp load. Yes, 4/0 is acceptable for VD.

Even at 180 amps and 3% VD #4/0 AL is good.
