I’m working on a residential building which requires voltage drop from meter bank to apartment units. NYC energy code states that total voltage drop shall not exceed 5% between feeders and branch circuit. Does Ashrae 90.1 apply to NYC and residential? Does New York City mandate feeders to be 2% voltage drop and 3% for branch circuits? Would I be able to do 3% for feeders in NYC?
