I am installing a 800 amp, 480 volt, three phase power panel. I am going to pull three, 3/C, 350 mcm amor clad cables to feed this panel at a distance of 625 ft per run. The three cables total amp cap. are 930. This should take care of voltage drop, am I correct? Thanks for the help..

I did a quick voltage drop (VD) calc on 625' of 3 sets of 350kcm per phase using a load of 640 amps at 0.8 pf and see a resultant VD of 3.1%.
As long as the panel your feeding doesn't have significant motor loads that could impress starting current on the panel while it's already loaded I think your sizing is adequate.
