During a retrofit of lights in a parking structure, we were replacing the existing 250W HPS lamp and ballast with a direct wire LED. Voltage is 277V. Everything worked, but we were getting 80V from neutral to ground. I thought we had a loose neutral in a multi-wire circuit. Old building, lots of band aids in the electrical system over 50 years. Was I on the right track? Other conditions that would put potential between neutral and ground? It was measured between wirenutted neutrals and ground screw at a couple of locations. No arcing anywhere.
Thanks
