So I have the following issue,
The voltage between G and N is 12V when all all breakers are on.
This is a strata office and the 3 phase transformer is within the unit next to the panel.
Voltage between ABC and N is 120v.
Voltage between A and G is 119v (9.6A at the time of testing)
Voltage between B and G is 132v (0.5A)
voltage between C and G is 115 (9.6A)
All breakers off and I have 0 volt between G and N.
I turn on any breaker and the voltage comes back between G and N.. With a different reading.
Reverse G and N maybe at one of the outlets??
