Customer has 150' long barn. The 100 amp panel is at one end and now is he is building another barn 100' from this barn. I plan 60 amp panel in this barn, which will lights down the middle LED , two over head doors ,four outside lights LEDS. I thought of using 1/0 wire but my voltage drop is 2.45 and works out to 117 volts. Will this be sufficient . I jus

Should be fine, and your actual drop will be less unless you're running everything simultaneously.
