Volts Dolphin Software

So, my understanding is Volts Dolphin Software is out of business. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone. I found a small blurb in the EC&M magazine talking about this. I use this program quite frequently...well until this week! I am in the middle of a design for a shop that is looking to add about 65 additional presses. Typically, I use the program and do all the front end work, then hire an EE to stamp. I have since turned this particular project over to an EE firm.

Does anyone have another design software out there they use that is not a CAD based program? I am curious to see what else is out there. I have goggled everything under the sun in relation to design software. Google usually brings up Dolphins and CAD.

Have you tried contacting one of the reps instead of the main number.

Their website is still up and running so somebody is paying the bills; the 800 number is still active too.

Yes I did. It's the same story. Maybe the server is prepaid for the year. A few of the reps numbers are disconnected but I did get through to one. He said they have been trying to contact them because they have users who have recently purchased the program but haven't received their unlock codes.... Seems like the site would be shut down. It's like stealing.

I am major bummed. I use this program a lot and I haven't found anything remotely close. I did find a Durand and associates but I don't think it is as good. I will be contacting them to clarify!
