VRF system fan coil unit wiring

I am trying to get a proposal together for this job. There is no electrical plan other than lighting. HVAC is a VRF system with about a dozen and a half fan coil units. See attached picture. As you can see the FCU's take 208 single phase at well under an amp. I am not very familiar with VRF systems. Questions:

1. Are the FCU's typically wired/powered from the main unit like a mini split or is this a dedicated power only circuit?
2. IF power only, is there any wiring between the FCU and the central unit? (I assume if so it is low voltage and would need clarification if that is in my scope to run)
3. If power only, how would these typically be run? Seems like a waste to run a dedicated circuit to each. Would it be typical to run them all off one circuit?

Thanks

Usually the FCU is powered separately with a comm wire back the VRF outdoor unit.

Your notes say to provide wiring to BACnet system on every unit; what I don’t know is if that replaces communication back to the outdoor unit. Probably not; it’s likely just to automate the temp controls while you’ll still need communication separately between indoor and outdoor units. There’s likely a spec somewhere in your plans.
