I am working on a bakery that has a stacked convection oven from this company. Each oven is 12.5 kw 240v for a combined load of 25 kw spec sheets show a total draw of 104 amps so am planning on running # 2 thhn. Wiring instruction indicate that they supply the wire to connect the two ovens together, but I have not located these wires yet only one oven has shown up on job Breaker size is not listed on nameplate but at 104 amps the next size breaker would be a 110 this breaker would have to be sent from factory, I believe I have sized this correctly. Has any one connected this style of oven lately if so where were the connecting wires located Thanks

If wiring the ovens on separate circuits is an option, that's what I'd aim for; two pairs of #6. They could even share the same 3/4" EMT, whereas a pair of #2's would require 1". Two whips from a single box would be tidy enough.
