Took the Wa Admin exam and passed the code and law portion 1st time failed the calculations by one question 3.5weeks ago. Retook the calculations and passed missing 1 question. I would assume it was the lengthy industrial question. Anyways I wanted to thank the fellow Electricians for their experience and knowledge brought to this forum. Directions on where to get the needed information. .ie..books,websites ,personnel and other to tackling challenging exams and field problems. I hope my future experience and knowledge can be an extra benefit to this forum and others. Thanks again. Shalom!

I passed first time with 70.4%. That was before I knew about Mike Holts material, today with that source I would get at least 95%

I dont usually study for tests (not trying to sound like a hotshot, I just am good at taking tests and know the code book very well) so I marched in to take the administrator exam without even really reading about what was on it. Something about "calculations" had caught my eye but I assumed it was just ohms law, power, current, three phase, and resistors in series/parallel type of stuff. Wrong!
