Wafer light suggestions

Does anyone know of a wafer light that has an integrated box/driver that can be mounted to a regular J box? I've used disk lights before but like the appearance of the wafer's much better.

I haven’t seen a true wafer, but I’ve used some Lithonia fixtures that meet your specs with a roughly 1/2” depth off the ceiling.
