Walk-in cooler/freezer

What would be the best raceway used in a walk-in cooler or freezer? Would pvc be better or emt with rain tight fittings? If the is a code section that pertains to this could you guide me to it?

EMT with set screw connectors is fine. A walk in cooler does not meet Art. 100 definition of a location wet or damp.

As Dave said. I would just add that it is imperative to seal any conduits with duct seal or Polywater sealant that enter the cooler due to condensation.
