Wall ,ceiling,and final insp.

Do you single wire each plug and leave excess wire to get a wall rough insp. Or pipe up. Or run the circuit through the wall leaving one whip for the home run.?
I like to put a conduit from the switch up and out of the wall to a 4 sq. Then come out of the switch box with mc and feed the room through the walls. .
What methods do others you to get a good balance between each part inspected. I like to stay close to the ground and those 2 day making up above grid j boxes seem like a bad idea. Any thoughts?

I like to do as much as possible prior to t-bar. plug to plug through the walls unless otherwise directed and bid.
Many times light switch to J-box to lay in fixture.
