Wall Fire Rating

Have a few EMT conduits going through a wall that connected two building.
Note say to maintain 3 hour wall rating at the penetration. Never seen 3 hour rating. How would that be accomplished?

Start with fire stopping companies, 3M, Hilti, etc.
However I have not seen a 3 hour firewall rating, it’s always been 2 hours

Fire-stopping is pretty much a specialty. As tom says, best bet is a manufacturer/supplier.

Don't forget that the fire stop won't boost the rating of the actual wall. You will see that 1, 2, and 3-hour walls have the same fire stop system installed. It's the wall itself that determines the rating.
