Wall for electrical closet

Hi Friend, if one electrical closet just ajacent to rest room as below, so this wall will have to need fire rated wall as per NEC code?

I don't believe this is building code and/or fire code issue. Not electrical.

Might want to verify that the panels can be placed so that the short wall supporting the doors is not in front of the panels dedicated space.

Yes, that panel work space conflict with door.

Why I ask this question is other electrical closet wall is 60 min fire rated wall as below but this electrcial closet wall not.
