Wanna make sure I’m thinking this right

I got a replace a service for Church. The calculated load is under 400 amps it’s 285 I have a 400 320 amp continuous meter. I’m putting in. It goes to two 200 amp disconnects
So I can size my wire just off the 285 since it’s feeding two 200 amp disconnects correct I was thinking running 250 KC Mill parallel aluminum but if they were going to a 400 amp panel, I would have to size it off 400 A correct

250s are a problem only cause I gotta derate.

Never mind, I answered my own question after I look, I forgot I don’t have the deduction like I do on resi

Copper so I get 184 and pump it up for the next size up
