We are rewiring a house from the 50s most of the devices were still functional just outdated. The key to giving a warantee it to install reliable material and do the job correctly

Good comments, As stated I already offer a warranty on certain items.
As someone stated, its a sales tool. I know there would be many folks that do not want it but for the one's who do. It would have to be an extra.
