Washington state L&I final for electrical inspection?

Ok, I'm in Washington. I have heard both, there is a final on a new residential house and no there is no final. Anybody out there that does residential wiring in Washington and has L&I inspect? What is it? Yes or no.

Of course there is a final.

Never been one before that I know of on residential. Doesn't mean they just started doing this.

any underground has to be inspected before cover

all interior wiring has to be inspected before cover

Then a final inspection.
