If you are talking about services, then the electric and water utility companies might have their own rules. If you are talking about running power and water from the house to an outbuilding, you are on your own to decide the separation.

I would run the elect. conductors in the water pipe to keep them clean :lol::lol::slaphead:

I've always used 12" as a "guideline". No code section for that as far as I know. I remember hearing code officials in Tidewater VA wanted each trade to have their own trench, but never heard of it enforced or attempted to be enforced.
