water cooled transformers

Does anybody know of standards relating to how water feed and return lines are allowed to used inside electrical panels? Or is it required to have to have the transformers located in there own panels?

Only time I've seen water cooled gear was last summer on the electronics for VFD's. All was designed and engineered by manufacturer. Gear was pretty fair sized -7200 input -6600 output. I believe ABB (http://www.ship-technology.com/contractors/electrical/abb2/) makes water cooled transformers too.

You may have problems with NEC 110.34(F) & 450.47 if the foreign systems are not integral to the panel or xfmr design.
