I have a exterior water faucet being fed by pex that is going to end up about 4’ from a hot tub that I am looking at. Ideas on how to bond?

With #8 copper conductor?

If wanting to eliminate uglifying things - find a way to make it more than 5 feet from the spa or make it non metallic then it doesn't need bonded.

Brass nipple threaded into hose bib, nipple connected to pex. Bond to nipple.

If the hose bib has a flange, drill the flange and bolt a mechanical lug to the flange.

Although kwired's suggestion to change to non-metallic sounds really good

Bonding a small piece of brass attached to wood that connects to a non conductive water pipe -- just cant see how the fitting could have any potential difference to earth or better yet a potential measure. better yet buy a plastic hose bib

680.26(5) Metal Fittings. All metal fittings within or attached to the pool structure shall be bonded. Isolated parts that are not over 100 mm (4 in.) in any dimension and do not penetrate into the pool structure more than 25 mm (1 in.) shall not require bonded.
An isolated hose bib that is less than 4" in any dimension could actually penetrate 1" the pool structure & not be required to be bonded - so just for being within 5' should not justify it being bonded. IMO

This hose bibb is not within or attached to the pool structure though.
