Water heaters in office building

Where can i find the demand factors for water heaters for a commercial building in NEC 2005? these water heaters will be installed in washrooms, and there will be 7 of them. I'm just wondering if i can use demand factors for these loads as these water heaters will not be in kitchen.

Anyone?
 
There are no demand factors for general purpose water heaters (not associated with kitchens / restaurants) in non-dwelling occupancies.
