can someone help me? i need 2 know where is tha distance of this 2 lines, electrical runway and tha water lines? how far apart and where in tha NEC can i find it at?

Its not an NEC issue.
But a seperation of 12" or so is appropiate if you have to dig it up.

Some utilities require certain separation distances and cover requirements when sharing a trench with other services (telephone, cable, etc.). It's not an NEC thing, however.
