Wattstopper LMCS issues

So, I have been commissioning a building that has all wattstopper devices, the network is set up with some bridges room controllers and switches for after-hours overwrite. My issues are the followings, after I start programming the lights the the dimming signal seems to locked on the LMCS software, it does not let me dim the lights neither do anything. the interesting thing is the I can do all the dimming with the hand held device or directly from the RC. I have talked with wattstopper and they do not what can be happenings. Just to everyone know, I have checked the network and I can talk to all of the devices, but I can not dim.

Has anyone run in to this issue and if so how was solve?
