I have seen anything from 24 AWG to 16 AWG, it is often a 'what do we have laying around' decision.

The power packs control side is class 2 so any size is safe.

I agree with Bob, it's usually what's left over from some other application or what they have laying around in the shop. If I were ordering cable I would usually order #18 AWG stranded.

The 2250 comes with an isolated relay. Is this a separate companent that needs installation. We have (4) of these sensors? THanks.

Sorry guys. Referencing the link above is the hot and neutral hitting the power pack then the light the lighting branch circuit or is it "above and beyong that" and must be included. Why I am saying that is because of the branch is already figured then more would not be needed. Only wiring from the sensor to the power pack. Thanks
