Hi, I would like to know If one needs Worker's Comp in Florida for a low voltage (limited energy) business that has my Wife and I as owners and one employee?
I read, if you're a Construction business, You have to have workers comp If you have one or more employees. If you're non-construction you could have four employees without Worker's Comp.
