Any recept that's WP should be a GFI, correct? Drawing show a WP recept but don't call for it to be GFI.

No, it may be that the location requires GFCI protection but that does not have to come from the receptacle itself it could be a WR listed receptacle and a GFCI circuit breaker or another upstream GFCI device providing the GFCI protection.
