OK, I'm going to try something different here and hopefully everyone will chip in.

I was meandering through my Favorites list and realized I had a lot of web sites saved that I think we all could use. So I'm posting some of them here for everyone's benefit. If anyone has any others they'd like to add, go right ahead. I will make no claim as to their usefulness to you, but FWIW, here they are:

NEC 2008 -- free web version -- you can't search, copy, or print -- but it's handy when your book isn't

NIOSH Electrocution Fatality Investigation Reports -- a treasure trove of information, not about what could or might go wrong, but what actually has gone wrong costing lives. Sad and enlightening.

NFPA 70 ROPs & ROCs -- "Why the heck don't they change that?!?" or "The inside of a raceway in a wet location is itself a wet location? Huh?!?" Your answer might be in the ROPs and ROCs. Charlie Brown's stomping grounds :smile:

NEMA Code Alerts -- State by state code info, including upcoming meetings, comment periods, etc.

UL Online Certifications Directory -- Where to go to see if your $500 ground rod is indeed listed or not.

To cool, Don't forget to use the thread tools here, show print version, and instant save to desk top, w/ right click ...
