Website free test exams are down, are they coming back soon?

Good day,
I reach my requirements for a Master's license come July, and find this site is the way to work on passing it. Does any Mods know if the free practice exam (currently down) will be back up soon, or is this a lasting change?

We have no contact with the webmaster so we would not know. I assume they will be back. BTW, mike holt has a lot of videos on youtube.com
