Wedge base, T5 bulb alternative -- LED?

Hi,

Does anyone have an alternative to an incandescent 12V 11W Wedge Base T5 lamp? The Philips BC11T5/TP that I'm familior with only has a life expectancy of 500hours and I'd be surprised if I'm getting that.

I'd love to find an LED, but I've not been able to locate one with that base at that voltage.
