Welder Certification NEC

Is there a code provision (NEC)in regards to electrical sub-contractors who employ welders for uni-strut, equiptment frames, brackets and etc. that those welders be certified? Does the
sub-contractor have to have Qualified Welding
Procedure Specifications? Any information would be appreciated.
