Hey guys, I have Lincoln welder that says it's draws 68 amps at 240. Should I use 70 amp breaker? Also how do I properly size a welder like this thanks for your helps guys...

You will need to size the conductors for 68 amps.

The breaker can not exceed 200% of the 68 amps.
A 125amp breaker will most likely be fine.
