Welder Wiring

Looking to install 6-50 rec. for welder. The welder is a Everlast I 315 mig welder. The power cord has a nema 50 amp plug. However the Lmax is 63a and the Ldiff is 38a. According to to article 220 I can protect up to 200% of these numbers, which requires a 140a breaker. How can I put a 140 a breaker on a 50a receptacle?

I suggest looking at 210.21(B)(3) and 630.12 for branch circuit sizing of a welder.
