Residential Well VFDs and LED flicker.
Pump installer called me with some questions with the VFDs they are using on residential homes. Single phase in three out and some can also operate 2 wire pumps. I haven't seen details yet. Issue at the moment is when the pumps kick on the LEDs blink or flicker. FWIU Franklin makes a filter...

Update:
The pump installer in the thread called me this morning and said he finally got around to putting the Franklin filter on. It has connection for both line and load of the drive. Flickering of lights stopped and the customer could once again listen to markets on 880 AM radio.
I invited him to post the results himself. He declined. (chickensh...)
