. Well Pump Using Generator Power Only

Hi ........I know this may seem simple but I just want to make sure I'm covering all my bases. I have a situation where a small well pump house was originally being fed by the local Utility via a service located at the original farm house. The farm house has since been demolished and the property is not being powered by the local utility at this point (Service drop completely removed from the utility pole across the street).

The property is now going to be used as mainly grazing/pasture area. My customer would like to be able to supply water for the livestock occasionally using a portable generator (10,000 watt Honda) connected to the well pumps control box. I have removed the old panel and any other premise wiring from the building.
My concern is overcurrent protection for the well circuit and grounding of the well casing.I believe this generator has the neutral and ground bonded together. My thought was providing a male cord /cord end to a fused disconnect then from the disconnect to the well controller. This would allow the generator to be plugged in and used and still provide overcurrent protection for the well pump, pump control, etc.
The well pump is a 4 wire so grounding is present. My concern is grounding. Since this is a portable generator and I am using it as the only power source how do I approach grounding for the building...........ground rods, bond the well casing, just treat it a temp power install.Would you bond the well casing, drive ground rods and tie those to the frame of the generator or just plug and play using the cord connection.

I have never been asked to do this so I'm sure I'm over thinking the whole situation but safety is the main concern for me as always.
