Wet bar

I have a job I’m working on and they are adding a small wet bar in the basement. It’s about 6’ long has a sink in the middle of the counter top and a small wine refrigerator under the counter top. I searched the code and can’t find it. But do I need to follow the same requirements as a kitchen meaning two counter top 20 amp circuits? I was just going to add one 20 amp circuit for the counter top since there really since much going on there.
